"I work as a driver of an electric train that transports passengers from Moscow stations to airports. Our shifts often fall on public holidays. There are interesting cases that happen to us on New Year's Eve.

One day we made a stop on the platform at exactly midnight. We decided to congratulate the passengers on the New Year from the bottom of our hearts, and it was very pleasant to hear thanks and wishes from a traveler in response to the "passenger-machine operator" connection.
