"Like any employee of our airline, I enjoy working on all days, including the holidays. New Year is a special time. It is a family holiday, a holiday of kindness, love and fulfillment of wishes. In my practice there is a very interesting story related to the New Year.

 

It was a flight on 31 December, New Year's Eve. Evening. We were flying to Vladikavkaz. Suddenly we heard a baby crying loudly in the cabin and unable to calm down. We naturally approached and asked the mother what had happened. It turned out that the girl was very concerned that Santa would not be able to find her and she would not get there in time for the Christmas tree, because it was already evening. We tried to reassure her. It is important to us that every passenger in our company is in a good mood. We collected a present of sweets and gave it to the girl on behalf of Santa Claus. We told her that the good wizard is always around, he sees everything and will surely come on New Year's Eve. The girl was very happy, and so were her parents.
